Investment Strategy

The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small-capitalization companies. It typically invests in common and preferred stocks of U.S. small-capitalization companies. The subadvisor generally considers a company to be a "small-capitalization" company if, at the time of purchase, the market capitalization is below $3 billion or otherwise within the range of capitalizations of companies in the Russell 2000® Index.

Before joining Fiduciary Trust, Ken spent 10 years with Prudential where, at the time of his departure, he was a senior equity analyst on the small cap growth team. Biography Mark is a Partner and President at TimesSquare. He is also a member of the Management Committee that oversees TimesSquare. Mark is responsible, with other senior leaders, for setting the strategic direction of the business, placing a focus on driving the success of current and future client-focused initiatives. Mark rejoined TimesSquare in 2022 having been a founding partner and previously serving as Chief Operating & Chief Compliance Officer until 2016. Starting in 1999, Mark was part of the team that initially developed the TimesSquare business as a subsidiary of CIGNA and was instrumental in building and supporting the growth of our firm’s operations during his 17-year tenure. Prior to rejoining TimesSquare, Mark was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Third Avenue Management where he developed strategy, led key projects, and coordinated the day-to-day management of the firm. Earlier in his career, Mark was Senior Vice President at Credit Suisse Asset Management where he managed the Global Infrastructure and Technology Group responsible for the implementation and management of their global network and technical infrastructure. Mark has a B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Biography Yvette C. Bockstein is a managing director and pm in TimesSquare Capital Management, LLC's small cap equity group. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, she managed small cap portfolios at Fiduciary Trust Company International. Before joining Fiduciary Trust in 1978, she spent five years with Davis, Palmer & Biggs as a pm/analyst, and six years in the investment dept of The Bank of New York. She received a B.A. from UCLA and holds a "Certificat en Sciences Economiques" from the Université de Bruxelles.
