Biography Mr. Enrique de Jesus Chang serves as Global Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Group. He has held this position since the merger of Janus and Henderson in 2017. Prior to the merger, Mr. Chang was President, Head of Investments. Mr. Chang earned a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an MBA in finance/quantitative analysis, and an MS in statistics and operations research from New York University.
