Investment Strategy

The investment seeks income with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that are economically tied to developing countries. Developing countries include all countries in the world except the countries that are classified by MSCI Inc. as “developed markets.”
