1. Exposure to overseas traded corporate bonds, including certificates of deposit, will not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure to bonds which are not certificates of deposit will not be less than 50%. 2. The fund manager will act to reduce the exposure to foreign currency, including through derivative activity which will reduce the impact of foreign exchange on the buy and redemption prices of the fund's units, so that the maximal exposure will exceed 10%. 3. The rest of the exposure will be determined by the fund manager, provided that the fund will not create exposure to equities and that the exposure rate to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 25%. 4. There will be no limitation on the exposure to credit risks of banking corporates or brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group.
