The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by creating a diversified portfolio of global equities. It will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings made for investment purposes) in equity securities and equity-related instruments. The fund normally invests at least 40% of its assets in non-U.S. securities, including emerging market securities. The portfolio managers intend to diversify the fund's investments across geographic regions and economic sectors.

He holds a master’s degree in physics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and received a Ph.D. in 1993. Rainer has been a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) since 2005. |
