As of February 18, 2015, WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Euro Debt Fund has gone out of business. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Euro Debt Fund is an exchange traded fund launched by WisdomTree Investments, Inc. The fund is co-managed by WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. and Mellon Capital Management Corporation. It invests in the fixed income markets of the Euro Zone. The fund primarily invests in investment grade debt securities that consist of fixed income securities, such as bonds, notes or other debt obligations, denominated in Euros that are issued by governments (national, state and local), government agencies and instrumentalities, government-sponsored enterprises and supranational organizations such as the European Investment Bank, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, International Finance Corporation, or other regional development banks. It seeks to maintain an average aggregate portfolio duration of between two and eight years. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the BofA Merrill Lynch Euro Government Index and a composite index comprising of BofA Merrill Lynch Euro Government Index and BofA Merrill Lynch Euro Government Excluding Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal & Spain Index. It was formerly known as WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Dreyfus Euro Fund. WisdomTree Trust - WisdomTree Euro Debt Fund was formed on May 14, 2008 and is domiciled in the United States.
