The note seeks to track the performance of the RBS US Large Cap Alternator Index (USD). The Index represents the public equity markets of the United States. It seeks to track stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The index comprises of stocks of large-cap companies. It also provides exposure to the S&P 500 Total Return Index, the S&P 500 Low Volatility Total Return Index or the S&P 500 Equal Weight Total Return Index. The ETN will mature on September 5, 2042. RBS US Large Cap Alternator ETN was formed on August 30, 2012 and is domiciled in the United Kingdom.
