Still going nowhere however if small and medium caps start to experience lower stock prices there is a chance that RWM will go up by the end of summer ..... Hold and sell calls every 2 months

RWM has been pratically flat in many months, we saw a spike that did not last long in december. Are we expecting another spike for this ETF in the near future as the economy slows down or it is what it is today flat around $23?

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. ProShares ETFs are generally non-diversified and entail certain risks, including risk associated with the use of derivatives (swap agreements, futures contracts and similar instruments), imperfect benchmark correlation, leverage and market price variance, all of which can increase volatility and decrease performance. For more on risks, please read the prospectus. There is no guarantee any ProShares ETF will achieve its investment objective. ProShares ETFs may not be suitable for all investors.

Market breadth is significantly negative so any uptrend does not have a strong support.
