Xtrackers II - GBP Cash Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment S.A. The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United Kingdom. The fund invests in money market securities. It uses derivative such as swaps to invest in short-term notional deposit earning interest at the rate of the Sterling Overnight Index Average (SONIA), with the interest being reinvested in the deposit daily. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Sonia Total Return Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as db x-trackers II - Sterling Cash UCITS ETF. Xtrackers II - GBP Cash Swap UCITS ETF was formed on October 10, 2007 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
