Xtrackers - Euro Stoxx 50 Short Daily Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. The fund is managed by Deutsche Asset Management (UK) Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of the Euro zone. The fund takes short positions and uses derivatives such as swap agreements to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in the stocks of large-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Euro Stoxx 50 Short Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. The index seeks to track inverse of the daily performance of the Euro STOXX 50 Index. It was formerly known as db x-trackers - EURO STOXX 50 Short Daily UCITS ETF. Xtrackers - Euro Stoxx 50 Short Daily Swap UCITS ETF was formed on June 5, 2007 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
