iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Govt Bond 1-3yr UCITS ETF EUR (Acc) is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock Asset Management Ireland Limited. It is co-managed by Blackrock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock (Singapore) Limited, and BlackRock Advisors (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) region. It invests in fixed-rate, Euro denominated sovereign bonds with a remaining maturity of between 1 and 3 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Barclays Euro Government Bond 1-3 Year Term Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Government Bond 1-3yr UCITS ETF (Acc). iShares VII Public Limited Company - iShares Euro Govt Bond 1-3yr UCITS ETF EUR (Acc) was formed on June 2, 2009 and is domiciled in Ireland.
