It invests in fixed income markets of developed countries across the globe. The fund primarily invests in U.S. dollar-denominated corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2014. It invests in high yield securities which are rated between BB+ and CCC- by S&P and Fitch and between Ba1 and Caa3 by Moody’s. The fund seeks to track the performance of the NASDAQ BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2014 Index, by using representative sampling technique. Claymore Exchange-Traded Fund Trust - Guggenheim BulletShares 2014 High Yield Corporate Bond ETF was formed on January 25, 2011 and is domiciled in the United States.
