$-index broken major supports y'day and early today ... 100.840 was the key point and 100.418 last resort .... All are broken either by D-closing or H4, hence we have to look forward on more higher TF measures.   99.443 ~ 97.778 these two are most reliable dynamic supports {vividly 200 days EMA#W1 and 300 days EMA#W1) .... 99.443 should hold well imo . GLTA

The market is clearly against the Fed. True, interest rates have been raised above 5% since last year, but the reality is that the economy is too strong for monetary tightening to have much impact. There is too much hot money outside, and more people will be more willing to put money into the stock market or other investments instead of putting it in the bank. The argument that the stock market has fallen due to interest rate hikes is only the voice of people who live in the stock market (how can the stock market only go up but not down?) . If the drop in CPI can cause the dollar to collapse, then the dollar's pain may be longer...

But the drop hasn't helped xau much to pop out. check the fall of dx from 104 and fall of xau from 2080. Something big is cooking and at some point retailers will be screwed as they play with limited capital.
