US goods trade balance soared to an all time high of -87 bn for July. This is annualized over 1 trn. most of the stimulus money goes into poducts and thus imports. It is just a matter of time, the US is running out of funding cash over capital markets and spending it on imports.

159876768936831.jpg Jimmy Tan  Yes and no. Historically DX has been a lot lower than it is now many times and even it has dropped a tiny little bit, still it is not even near of it's long time average. Dollar represents US yes but that it goes lower does not mean anything else than good business conditions to US.

TP: 99.99 October 📈 Why?  Overextended stock Markets.. we’ve completed the V, now the uncertainty comes..  Fed remains average on inflation (we knew all of this from his previous statement, he’s giving us nothing new, we know we’re going to have to take measures to elevate the economic struggles over the last few months but we fully intend on a recovery, as the stock market and economic numbers have shown) We’ve seen the Dollar bounce plenty of times already with the volatility of 2020.. look where we are Day & Week Intervals are hard to ignore.. we’ve been puttering these levels for the whole month (prime for a bounce) It’s fundamental but, when the stock market recedes, investors run to the dollar.. and whether you want to accept it or not, the dollar will remain King.. 🇺🇸 I’m Long.. don’t confuse this, but there’s going to be some great opportunity with this election volatility in the coming months to trade on! 📈📈

In conclusion: You either believe the “United States economy is collapsing, it’s the end of the world as we know, the Fed is a lie!” Or you simply believe that an eminent stock market correction is coming going into an uncertain election. Best of luck believing in the free fall folks. :)

Randy I expect you to be here when it hit's 91 next month. Ever single time it's goes lower the bulls disappear real quick. I understand economics and that's why this is going to continue to go lower because the FED must print to infinity in order for the bubble to not pop. There's no escape the dollar crashes

I assure you I will be here. I will declare you king of economic knowledge if you are proven right. If the FED cranks up the printer that will only accelerate this position. I fully expect you to be here as well. Bears can have all the small victories on the short term they want. I know where the line in the sand is and it cant breach that, or if it does it will only be slightly and very temporarily to run through stop losses.

You are correct. Yuh ou have all these talking heads, lying FED, hedgefunds, heck almost everybody short the dollar, so much so it's been measured as the most speculative short position on the USD in history (can you say short squeeze), and all we got is the majority of historical fundamental trends and charts, the majority of economical manufacturing, import/export data, and lending data, as well as the body of rules that govern monetary policy and the FED. How are we ever to win this? How the odds are stacked against us.

See, that's where you're wrong again. The entire reason the FED and federal reserve act specifically were put in place was to prevent inflation as at the time that was the biggest threat to our economy. A debt based economy is schematically designed to adjust to inflationary conditions and inclined to be deflationary over time. The FED is useless and the only tool they have is to raise interest rates during inflation, which does more harm than good if there isnt lending growth. That's the reason the H.8. weekly data is so crucial.

Thanks. I enjoy a friendly and heated economic debate as much as the next guy, that's what makes markets work. There has to be another side of the trade. But yes, the calling of names and belittling gets old, but it will just make the moment more gratifying. I will not be the one to taunt on here "I told you so" or rub it in. I will be here to discuss and collectively figure out where it settles and goes from there. Have the edge on the next trade. Do we see a repeat of the last 6 months but in a much smaller timeframe? Does that spike lower than these lows? or does the dollar settle in a slightly higher range? I think we may get an incredible bounce in equities and fall in dollar but in 1-2 months instead of 6. Fascinating times regardless.
