US DOLLAR: HUGE SPIKE IS COMING: REPORT: THE FUTURE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR: LONG-TERM DEBT SUPERCYCLE CRISIS WILL MAKE THE US DOLLAR TO EXPLODE TO THE UPSIDE: "Notably, the amount of US dollar-denominated debt held outside the US has "TRIPLED" during the last ten years, both in advanced and developing economies; it now stands at about USD +28.5 trillion. Moreover, US dollar debt-to-GDP ratios in both "developed" and "emerging markets" are now at their "multi-decade highs" – which will likely be quite a challenge for these borrowers in times of a strong dollar (WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT, THEY'LL NEED SO MUCH US DOLLARS TO SERVICE THEIR DEBT THAT THE USD WILL EXPLODE TO THE UPSIDE). Overall, the rise in US dollar debt has been quite "broadbased", and can’t be blamed on select countries like Turkey or Argentina, which saw their respective currencies tank in 2018. -- The future is crystal clear: That is all good news for the US dollar and the USD at current levels is a STRONG BUY.

The GOAT I'll tell you one thing, we can argue fundamentals all day but from technical price action standpoint if price doesn't get rejected strongly from these levels sometime within the next couple of days we are definitely not in that bear market anymore AND IF price actually makes a break and consolidates above 93.30 that is ABSOLUTE proof that we are now reversing into a bull market , from a pure technical standpoint.

As mentioned early last week, the next range was 93 - 93.30. As we predicted, we broke 93 a few times and it is normal now to be within the 93 - 93.30 range, sometimeshovering just around 93 and sometimes around 93.20. This is normal price behaviour. Patience. We will break above 93.30 within next few days but give price a bit of time to catch its breath, consolidate and move higher.

The GOAT we've been piling on debt since the Revolutionary War, that never seemed to inhibit USD growth. Rates won't be this low forever. The fed will adjust once they see jobs coming back which is already happening unemployment now at 8% down from 10% last month. Also think about this, since rates are so low they can't get any lower so they can either stay the same or go up , either way not bad for dollar.

Adam Mcalister  8% unemployment that's because no one is looking for a job you don't understand how it's calculated. US growth is equal to more debt. Keep watching the DX is headed much lower

The GOAT  Actually anybody who stopped working in March or later would still be eligible to receive unemployment benefits.  So even if they "are not looking for work" they are not going to throw away a free check if they didn't go back to work yet.  So if they are receiving benefits then they are counted so unemployment has dropped significantly.

Lmoney Sql  But no way it's 8% it's more like 14% and also hasn't stimulus ended so shouldn't it be higher. I don't trust the unemployment number but what I do trust is MBA delinquency which is heading up so that tells me people are broke

The GOAT  The stimulus ended but people can still receive regular unemployment for a year.  Just keep in mind people who are not being counted in unemployment #s stopped working in 2019 or earlier.  I agree it is not 8% and the official # are always lower than reality but either way its dropping significantly.

This is actually quite telling. Increase volume on down push. Why is the price not making sustained lows? If price closes above the close of the large volume bar, we will begin to see the big guys who short that, cover.
