Very tricky. Market finds it difficult to find the direction here. Will pop or drop 5% from here.

It's a given. Since we trade in US dollars, it is recognized that the price of goods denominated in US dollars in international transactions has fallen relatively when the US dollar rises.

The dollar needs to fall. The dollar is too expensive right now. It's getting harder and harder to buy US wheat overseas. US wheat production is outpacing US consumption. This is building up inventory and putting negative pressure on wheat prices. 570 felt overseas is the same as 700 during the past dollar weakness.

It is true that U.S. wheat is of excellent quality. However, the quality of wheat in the international market is just one of several considerations. Wheat in Brazil, Australia, and Canada is relatively inexpensive, but the quality is not as bad as that of U.S. wheat. And wheat used as feed is quality-agnostic.

However, I think the price of wheat is still cheap, and I think it will rise in the long term.
