I have not seen the "Cash" line before, what is the difference between that and the regular month by month scenario?

It jumped because it reached the settlement date and they started trading the following contract month. As to why the contracts are higher I assume it is because we are approaching spring and historically construction starts to pick up, however with the current situation as it is who knows what is going to happen

Does anyone know a good online platform to trade these futures? I have looked at a bunch but none of them have HRC that I could see.

I'm not a futures trader, but from a search I see that Interactive Brokers offers NYMEX HRC futures trading.

James Shelley I would answer yes.  Looking at the historical data, it appears the daily historical price listed would match the daily spot price of the front month (or spot month) daily price.

Chris Welch  I had the same question.  I see where to find historical data, but where do you see spot prices?
