The Sub-Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund invests at least two-thirds of its total assets in equity securities of companies located worldwide. Under normal circumstances, the Sub-Adviser invests between 30% and 70% of the Sub-Fund's total assets in equity securities of US companies. The Sub-Fund will invest in no fewer than three countries, which may include the United States, and may invest more than 25% of its total assets in any one country.
