Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to overseas traded USD bonds shall not be less than 50%. 2. Exposure to the dollar shall not be less than 50% and shall not exceed 120%. 3. The Fund Manager intends, at his discretion, to expose the fund to the dollar, among other things, using dollar futures a/o options on the dollar, but the fund manager is not obligated to do so. 4. Exposure to assets that do not create dollar exposure should not exceed 50% 5. Fund Manager intends, at his discretion, to act so that most of the fund's exposure to assets that do not create exposure to the dollar, shall be to Israeli traded UDS linked bonds. 6. Exposure to non-dollar Israeli traded bonds shall not be less than 10% and shall not exceed 50%. 7. The Fund shall not create equity exposure. 8. Foreign currency exposure shall not exceed 120% and shall not be less than 50%. 9. The Fund shall not have exposure to non-investment grade rated. 10. The Fund is an unrestricted fund in foreign securities.
