Investment Strategy

The primary investment objective of the PPS Institutional Multi Asset Flexible Fund is to outperform CPI for all urban areas over a rolling three year period. The portfolio has a focus on capital protection and diversification. In order to achieve this objective, the portfolio will invest in a flexible combination of listed and unlisted investments in the equity, bond, money, and property markets. The portfolio may be aggressively managed with assets being shifted between the various markets and asset classes to reflect changing economic and market conditions and the manager is accorded a significant degree of discretion over asset allocation to maximise total returns over the long term. The portfolio will tend to display reduced short term volatility and aim for long term capital growth. Depending on the view of the investment manager, the portfolio may be exposed to any of these securities or any combination thereof, subject only to the statutory investment limitations.
