Investment Strategy

This Sub-Fund seeks to achieve capital appreciation and income over the medium to long-term by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio consisting of Investment Grade debt and debt-related instruments denominated in U.S. dollar. The Sub-Fund may invest up to: (i) 10% of its assets in equities and equity-linked instruments; (ii) 25% of its assets in convertible securities; and (iii) 20% of its assets in sub-Investment Grade debt and debt-related instruments.

Prior to joining Pioneer, he was a senior portfolio manager at Putnam Investments and the Treasurer of Home Owners Savings Bank. Ken is a member of Bond Analysts Society of Boston.
