The investment objective of the fund is to generate income with the potential for long term (5 years or more) capital growth. The Fund aims to deliver a net target yield of at least the net yield of the FTSE All Share Index each year. The Fund invests at least 80% in shares of UK companies. Before co-founding Majedie in 2002, Chris had been a Director at Mercury Asset Management (subsequently acquired by Merrill Lynch, now BlackRock). Chris joined Rowan Investment Managers (a predecessor firm to Mercury Asset Management) in 1980. Chris holds the ASIP qualification and is an Associate Member of the CFA Society of the UK.

Biography Robin is a fund manager as well as the leader of the Liontrust Global Equity investment team and architect of its investment process. Prior to joining Liontrust in October 2019, Robin was a fund manager and the CEO of Neptune Investment Management, which he founded in 2002. He has previously worked at Charterhouse J Rothschild, Eagle Star, York Trust plc, Scottish Equitable and Orbitex Investments. Robin graduated from Oxford University in 1979.
