Investment Strategy

1. In this section the index is: Tel Aviv SE Gov Bond - CPI Linked TR ILS index 2. The fund's target is to achieve similar results, as far as possible, to the rates of change in the index. 3. Exposure to bonds included in the index shall not be less than 75% - of the net asset value of the fund. 4. The Fund will be exposed only to shekel assets. 5. The fund should not create exposure to shares. 6. The fund should not create exposure to foreign currency. 7. The fund manager should not buy or create options and future contracts or perform resell transactions for the Fund. 8. . The fund should not create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 9. Fund Manager may invest the fund means at his absolute discretion, and is well qualified to determine the amount of cash included in the fund's assets from time to time.
