Investment Strategy

1. Fund's assets will be invested in the absolute discretion of the fund manager. 2. Exposure of the fund's assets into shares shall not exceed the absolute value of 120% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. Foreign currency exposure of the Fund's assets will not exceed the absolute value of 120% of the net value of the fund assets. 4. Possible exposure rate of the fund to non-investment grade bonds shall not exceed 120% of the net asset value of the fund. 5. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas stock markets can exceed 10% of the net value of its assets
