Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to high-risk-firms bond opportunities will not be less than 75%, provided that the exposure to non-investment grade corporate bonds traded in Israel not less than 50%. non-investment grade corporate bonds traded in Israel: Corp bonds traded in Israel graded less than BBB minus or not graded. high-risk-firms bond opportunities: Corp bonds traded in Israel without investment grade a/o corp bonds traded in Israel which the fund manager estimate is high risk corporate bonds. 2. Exposure to assets which are not as specified in paragraph 1, excluding forex, cash, term-deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund no corporate will not exceed 25%. 3. Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% and not less than (-10%). 4. Exposure to forex will not exceed 10% and not less than (-10%).
