Investment Strategy

1. At least 50% of the net asset value of the fund shall be exposed to shares included in the Tel Aviv SE TA 100 Index. 2. Exposure rate to shares shall not exceed, in absolute value, 120%. Exposure to foreign currency shall not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. Exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds shall not exceed 120%. 3. The fund manager intends to execute, at his total discretion, various trading strategies on various underlying assets in Israel and overseas, but he is not obligated to do so. 4. The fund manager estimates that the fund's volatility shall not rise substantially over funds with similar exposure profile, even during periods of relatively high volatility of fund unit prices. 5. The fund is a foreign securities limited fund. 6. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested according to the sole discretion of the fund manager.
