1. All the fund assets shall be exposed to bonds issued by the state of Israel or guaranteed by it, deposits and cash, provided that the exposure to bonds issued by the state of Israel or guaranteed by it shall not be less than 75% of the net asset value of the fund. 2. There will be no exposure to shares. 3. Exposure to foreign currency shall not exceed, in absolute value, 20% of the net asset value of the fund. 4. The fund shall not create exposure to non-investment grade rated bonds. 5. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency, which will be held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas stock exchanges, shall not exceed 10% of its net asset value. 6. The fund's assets shall be invested in securities according to Jewish Halacha laws. 7. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested at the absolute discretion of the fund manager.
