Investment Strategy

1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to any kind of overseas traded bonds, including certificates of deposit, provided that at least 50% will be exposed to bonds as mentioned above not through certificates of deposit. 2. The fund will not create exposure to equity. 3. The fund manager intends to reduce the exposure to foreign currency, in order to reduce the impact of the exchange rates on the unit price and redemption of the fund's units, so that the exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30%. 4. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 40%. 5. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may exceed 10% of its net asset value. 6. The fund manager is entitled to invest the fund's means at his absolute discretion.
