Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to equities included in the benchmark index will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to equities will not be less than 75% and will not exceed 110%. 3. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 120%, in absolute value) due to the possibility of exposure to forex which is not USD will be higher than 30%. 4. The fund's benchmark index includes USD traded equities and other forex traded equities. The fund manager will neutralize the exposure to USD versus ILS, which will be used for operational purposes only, and the exposure will not be less than (-10%) and will not exceed 10%. 5. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. Holdings of cash and deposits deposited in banks which are not included in the first credit risk rating group will not exceed 100% of the net asset value of the fund.
