Investment Strategy

The Fund aims to provide long-term capital growth by investing primarily in Canadian equity securities. In order to change its fundamental investment objective, the Fund needs approval from a majority of its investors who vote at a meeting held for this purpose, unless it is required by law to make the change. The Fund aims to generally invest in the same sectors and in approximately the same proportion as the S&P/TSX Capped Composite Index, except that the real estate sector will be considered as an industry group within the financials sector.
