Investment Strategy

"1. At least 75% of net asset value of the Fund will be exposed to bonds included in the Tel Aviv SE Tel-Bond Composite Index. 2. Fund will not create equity exposure. 3. Exposure rate foreign currency shall not exceed, in absolute value, 10%. 4. Fund will not create exposure to non- investment grade rated bonds. 5. Overall value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency, will be held by the fund, plus exposure to an underlying asset traded derivatives activity abroad through overseas exchanges will not exceed 10% of the net value of its assets. 6. Remaining assets of the Fund will be invested on the sole discretion of the Fund Manager. 7. In case the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange will allow using the benchmark index as a tracking fund reference asset, then the fund manager intends to: change the fund's investment policy to a tracking fund designated to achieve similar results as possible, to the rates of change in the Index, and change the name of the fund. "
