Investment Strategy

"1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to ILS non-linked variable interest bonds. 2. Exposure to equities will not exceed 10% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. The fund manager intends to act so that the exposure rate to each of the indices composing the benchmark will be as close as possible to its weighting in the combined benchmark. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will be hedged, mainly by locally and overseas traded options and futures transactions, so that the exposure will not be less than (-3%) and will not exceed 3% of the net asset value of the fund. 5. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 10%. 6. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value. "
