1. Exposure to corporate bonds traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to assets which are not corporate bonds traded in Israel, excluding forex, cash, term-deposits and assets eligible for holding in a money-market fund, will not exceed 25% and will not be less than (-25%). 3. Average duration of all the assets to which the fund will have exposure will not exceed 5 years. 4. There will be no exposure to equities and to non-investment grade bonds. 5. Exposure to forex will not exceed 30% and will not be less than (-30%). 6. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 7. The fund is a limited fund in foreign securities. 8. The fund's assets will be exposed only to securities, derivatives, cash and term-deposits which will be chosen by the fun manager and eligible for investment from Halacha rules.
