Investment Strategy

1. Exposure to any kind of bonds (including certificates of deposit) will not be less than 50%. 2. Exposure to shekel assets (including certificates of deposit) will not be less than 75%. 3. The average duration of the non-linked bond portfolio will not exceed 2 years. 4. At least 85% of the funds assets will be invested in Israeli government bonds, which the rest of their time for redemption does not exceed 2 years. 5. Total exposure to non ILS assets will not exceed 30%. 6. Exposure to overseas traded equities will not exceed 10%. 7. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30% 8. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed 10%. 9. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value.
