Investment Strategy

The Stretegy: 1. Exposure to any kind of bonds (including certificates of deposit) will not be less than 50% of the net asset value of the fund. 2. Exposure to any kind of bonds (including certificates of deposit) and/or deposits and/or cash will not be less than 75% of the net asset value of the fund. 3. The average duration of all the assets in the fund will not exceed 3 years. 4. Exposure to equities will not exceed, in absolute value, 25% of t he net asset value of the fund. 5. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 30%. 6. Exposure to non-investment grade bonds will not exceed, in absolute value 10% of the net asset value of the fund. 7. The rest of the fund's assets shall be invested according to the sole discretion of the fund manager. 8. The fund is a "foreign securities limited fund".
