The investment objective of the Euro Short-Term Fund is to seek maximum current income consistent with the preservation of capital and daily liquidity. The Fund invests at least two-thirds of its assets in a diversified portfolio of EUR-denominated Fixed Income Instruments of varying maturities. The average portfolio duration of this Fund will vary based on the Investment Advisor’s forecast for interest rates and is not expected to exceed one and a half years. The Fund will reference its performance against the ICE BofA 3-Month German Treasury Bill Index (the “Benchmark”). The Fund is considered to be actively managed in reference to the Benchmark by virtue of the fact that it uses the Benchmark for performance comparison purposes.
