He received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Frank Latshaw, CPA, CA, CBV, CFA Frank joined Dynamic in 2011 as an Analyst and member of the award-winning Equity Income team focusing on the infrastructure, financial services and the telecommunications sectors. He was promoted to the role of Associate Portfolio Manager in 2014 and then Portfolio Manager in 2016. Frank received a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University. He also holds the Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.

He earned an Honours B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and has his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
