Investment Strategy

The Citadel Global Equity H4 Fund of Funds is a fund of funds portfolio, having the primary objective of long term capital growth in real terms through predominantly investing in funds with exposure to listed equity securities. Income generation will not be a primary objective of this portfolio. Investments to be included in the CITADEL GLOBAL EQUITY H4 FUND OF FUNDS will, apart from assets in liquid form consist solely of participatory interests of portfolios of collective investment schemes registered in the Republic of South Africa or of participatory interest in collective investment schemes or other similar schemes operated in territories with a regulatory environment which is to the satisfaction of the manager and the trustee/custodian of a sufficient standard to provide for investor protection which is at least equivalent to that in South Africa.
