Biography Stephan Pellegrini joined Real Estate Switzerland, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management, in 2015 as fund manager for the UBS (CH) Property Fund – Direct Urban. In this role, he leads the fund team and is responsible for the product’s strategy and performance. Before joining UBS Asset Management, Stephan worked for four years in the Construction and Real Estate department at UBS CIC, where he was responsible for client accounts amounting to more than CHF 300 m. He also helped private and corporate clients find appropriate loan solutions. Prior to that, he was a credit consultant with VZ VermögensZentrum AG (2007 – 2011), a real estate agent and deputy office manager at Engel & Völkers (2004 – 2006) and a project manager at Schenker Storen AG (2003). During his time at UBS, Stephan Pellegrini also became a federally sworn and certified assessor (Immobilienbewerter) and real estate manager (Immobilienbewirtschafter) and completed a diploma course to become a sworn real estate fiduciary (Immobilientreuhänder).

Biography Since July 2016, Christian Sturm works for Real Estate Switzerland, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management, as a fund manager for UBS (CH) Property Fund – Direct Residential. In this role, he leads the fund team and is responsible for the product’s strategy and performance. Before joining Portfolio Management, Christian worked for 11 years in the Accounting & Controlling department of Real Estate Switzerland. There, his range of responsibilities included accounting and controlling, budget planning and liquidity management for an array of real estate products. Before joining UBS, Christian worked in Germany for an audit company (2000 – 2005). In addition to managing a number of mandates (including in the construction industry), he was tasked with overseeing the building space and property rental management departments for his company.

Biography Patric Caillat began his career in real estate in 2006 as a Fund Manager at Real Estate Switzerland, a business which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management, and has been responsible for UBS AST Real Estate Switzerland since 2008. In this role, he leads the fund team and is responsible for the product's strategy and performance. Before joining UBS in 2006, Patric worked at wgn (1994 – 2006), a real estate company in northwestern Switzerland, where he was a Manging Director from 2001 until the end of 2006. Before that he worked at Urs Gribi Immobilien in Basel (1989 – 1992) and at Casoni&Casoni Architekten SIA (1992 – 1993). Job concurrently, Patric visited post-graduate studies in Real Estate Management from 2004 – 2006 and completed an Executive MBA in March 2012. For many years, Patric has been a lecturer and examination expert at SVIT Swiss Real Estate School AG in the area of real estate management and investment.
