1. At least 75% of the net asset value of the fund will be exposed to any kind of bond traded in Israel and certificates of deposit, provided that the exposure rate to bonds which are not certificates of deposit will not be less than 50%. 2. The fund will create exposure to bonds, also by offering in corporate bonds issuances in Israel. 3. The fund will not create exposure to equities. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed, in absolute value, 15%. 5. The fund might create exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. The fund will not create exposure to banking corporates credit risks, which are not included in the first credit risk group rating, through cash deposits and deposits. 7. The total value of all foreign securities, units of foreign funds and foreign currency that shall be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through activities in derivatives on overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10% of its net asset value.
