1. Exposure to corporate bonds rated -BBB, or similar, traded in Israel will not be less than 75%. 2. Exposure to assets which are not as specified above, will not exceed 25%. 3. There will be no exposure to equities. 4. Exposure to foreign currency will not exceed 30%. 5. There will be no exposure to non-investment grade bonds. 6. There will be no exposure to credit risk of banking corporates and brokers which are not included in the first credit risk group. 7. The total value of foreign securities, units of foreign funds, tracking- open-end funds whose benchmark is a foreign index or commodity, and foreign currency that will be held in the fund plus the exposure to an underlying asset traded overseas through derivatives activity in overseas stock exchanges may not exceed 10%. 8. The rest of the exposure in the fund will be determined at the total discretion of the fund manager.
