Investment Strategy

The Fund's investment objective is to provide steady income to investors by investing primarily in fixed income securities. The portfolio manager invests primarily in high-quality Canadian government and corporate fixed-income securities with maturities in excess of one year. This Fund may also invest in convertibles, high yield bonds and floating rate loans. The Fund may invest up to approximately 49% of its assets (at market value at time of purchase) in foreign (non-Canadian) securities.
