Investment Strategy

The 36ONE Flexible Opportunity Fund will be a flexible managed portfolio, having the primary objective of providing investors with reasonably high levels of long-term capital growth. The portfolio may invest in global and local equity securities, government bonds, corporate bonds and inflation linked bonds, debentures, property securities, property related securities, preference shares, non-equity securities, interest bearing securities, money market instruments and assets in liquid form. The portfolio may from time to time invest in listed and unlisted financial instruments. The manager may include the following unlisted financial instruments: forward currency swaps, interest rate and exchange rate swap transactions for efficient portfolio management purposes.
