As of August 31, 2015, First Asset Corporate Bond Barbell Index ETF has gone out of business. First Asset Corporate Bond Barbell Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by First Asset Investment Management Inc. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Canada. It primarily invests in investment grade corporate bonds issued by Canadian federal, provincial or territorial corporations. The fund invests in floating rate notes and fixed coupon bonds with maturity of at least one year but less than two years and fixed rate bonds with a maturity of at least 10 years but less than 20 years. It seeks to replicate the performance of the FTSE TMX Canada Corporate Bond Barbell Index, by investing in securities as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as First Asset DEX Corporate Bond Barbell Index ETF. First Asset Corporate Bond Barbell Index ETF was formed on June 6, 2012 and is domiciled in Canada.
