Just looking back to Jun 4, 2019 and July 2, 2019 when the rate changed, both cuts, the 30 minute bar had a range of 20-30pips and then the following days proceeded up. Jun 4 was already in an uptrend, July 2nd was just in the early stages of an uptrend fresh off a downtrend... for what its worth.
