It will not happen because there is a deal between Obama and Merkel that eur/us dollar must be in the range between 1,3 - 1,4 and afterwards they will react. So, we all live in communism because there is no market. It's a wish list of Goldman who SUCHSSSSSS. Tomorrow Draghi will just confirm Obama-Merkel deal explaining that ECB will intervene at 1,4 trough monetary easing like the FED is doing it in recent years.
