Russell Investments US Small Cap Equity S Fund RLESX seeks capital appreciation for the long run. RLESX normally invests a bulk of its assets in equity securities of small-cap companies, which are economically based in the U.S. According to RLESX’s management, small-cap companies are those which are either included in the Russell 2000 Index or those whose market-cap falls within the range of the Russell 2000 Index.
