Third Avenue Real Estate Value Investor Fund TVRVX seeks growth of capital for the long run. TVRVX invests heavily in common stocks and convertible securities of real-estate companies or those companies which generate major parts of the profits from real-estate sector. TVRVX may invest in companies from different market-cap range.

This Sector - Real Estate product has a history of positive total returns for over 10 years. Specifically, the fund’s returns over the 3, 5 year benchmarks; 3 year 5.1% and 5 year 8.8%.
