Private Syndication Club is Transforming Small Investment Outcomes with access to Syndicated Investments

Private Syndication Club has carved out a niche in the world of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) and investment real estate syndication by making high-yield investments accessible to everyday people, especially those within the BIPOC community. Traditionally, investment syndications were reserved for high-net-worth individuals who could contribute large sums of money to fund small and medium-sized businesses. However, Private Syndication Club’s innovative approach has democratized this process, allowing smaller investors to garner higher yields with contributions as low as $500.

Milo Pinckney, the co-founder of Private Syndication Club, recognized the barriers that have historically kept the average person, particularly from underserved communities, out of lucrative investment opportunities. “Most people don’t have $500,000 lying around to invest in a single deal,” Milo notes. “But with our sub-syndication model, we pool smaller investments, allowing everyday people to participate alongside larger investors.”

Since its inception, Private Syndication Club has helped fund approximately 1,500 businesses through this model, offering investors the potential for high returns while diversifying their portfolios. Risk mitigation is a core philosophy baked into each transaction. The syndication process allows multiple investors to reduce individual risk by collectively funding a project.

What sets Private Syndication Club apart is not just the accessibility of its investment opportunities but also its emphasis on education and risk management. Understanding that many in the BIPOC community may lack experience with such investments, Private Syndication Club has invested heavily in educating its investors.

“We believe that a well-informed investor is the best investor,” says Milo. “Our education programs focus on wealth-building diversification, risk mitigation, and offensive tax strategies. We’re not just offering opportunities; we’re teaching people how to navigate them successfully.”

Private Syndication Club’s risk mitigation strategies are robust, combining aggressive collateralization with conservative underwriting, at a target ratio of five to one. Similar operating philosophies apply to their real estate syndications. This means that for every dollar advanced, Private Syndication Club, secures five dollars of collateral or value, significantly reducing the risk of default. Over the past five years, the investment platform has maintained a record of zero defaults, though some contracts have required renewals or extensions.

One of the greatest obstacles among the investor community is pervasive fear. “Fear of loss often outweighs the desire for gain creating a major roadblock to investment success,” the founder explains. “Our goal is to help people overcome that fear through education, transparency, and shared participation. Never invest your dollars if the person telling you about it is not invested as well.” Private Syndication Club always invests alongside its members.

When you choose to invest with Private Syndication Club educational programs are required beyond your first investment. These classes delve into the psychology of investing, helping participants understand how fear can negatively impact their financial decisions. Additionally, they provide data, case studies, and real-world examples, equipping their investors with the knowledge and confidence needed to make informed investments.

Private Syndication Club’s commitment to community empowerment extends beyond MCA and real-estate syndications. The company’s upcoming event, the Black RV Groups Rally, taking place at Stone Mountain State Park from October 4th to 6th, 2024, will provide an opportunity for non-traditional and minority investors to gain knowledge, interact with others, and begin their journey towards financial autonomy. In an effort to support the BIPOC community further, Private Syndication Club is even exploring partnerships with Black-owned RV parks for upcoming events. After a recent social media post, Private Syndication Club received responses from six different Black-owned RV park owners interested in collaborating. “We want to ensure that our business not only does well but also does good for the communities that support us,” says Milo.

With plans for additional events and expanded educational initiatives, Private Syndication Club is poised to continue its mission of making high-yield investments accessible to all.
