Daniel Saks Vision for Human-Centric AI at Landbase

Behind every successful company lies an inspiring origin story and bold vision. For Landbase CEO Daniel Saks, the mission to leverage AI to optimize go-to-market strategies stemmed from a deeply personal motivation - to empower people to break free from the shackles of screen slavery and reclaim their time.

"My belief is that AI should be able to do the manual repetitive tasks that humans don't want to do," explained Daniel. "That will allow humans to double down on things they're built to do and love - be with family, friends, enjoy nature."

This philosophy of using technology to augment human potential and create space for what matters most serves as the guiding light for Landbase. As Daniel looks to the future, he sees emerging AI as a tool to enhance work-life balance, creativity, and meaning - not just business efficiency.

Empowering People Through AI

Daniel observed that the rise of computers and smartphones over the past decades have led to declining quality of life for many workers. Endless hours hunched over devices has become the norm.

"Over the last decade of software, we've had to literally work for our technology," remarked Daniel. "We're living hunched over our screens everyday." According to him, people have effectively become slaves to the very tools meant to aid them.

"You shouldn't have to work for your software, your software should work for you," said Daniel. This belief fuels his mission to flip the script and develop a the next generation of AI called Agentic AI that takes on rote work so people can be liberated.

Building AI for Collaboration

Daniel's vision for the future stands in stark contrast to dystopian narratives of hostile AI takeover. He believes emerging technologies like Landbase's go-to-market AI model “Landbase Intelligence” and “GMT-1 Omni” will usher in a new era defined by harmonious collaboration between human and machine.

When repetitive tasks are automated, human employees can shift focus to creative problem solving and relationship building - playing to their innate strengths. Daniel believes this will unlock tremendous value in the economy and society.

"If people can reclaim their day and leverage machine intelligence, you could see breakthroughs in climate, energy, and mental health," envisioned Daniel. He sees a utopian world driven by AI-augmented human potential.

Reclaiming Your Day with Technology

The concise but powerful notion of "reclaiming your day" sits at the heart of Landbase's brand. To Daniel, this captures the ethos of using technology for its original purpose - as a tool to increase human freedom, creativity, and happiness.

"The notion of reclaiming your day is that you shouldn't have to work for software, it should work for you so you can reclaim your day," he explained.

During TechCrunch Disrupt 2024, Daniel demonstrated this ideal by using Landbase's AI robot to manage the company's booth while he was freed up to engage with attendees. The machine handled the repetitive work so he could focus on relationship building.

"My view on the future of AI and robotics is that they should be able to do the manual repetitive tasks humans don't want to do," Daniel stated. "And that will allow humans to double down on things they love."

Prioritizing Life Over Work

Beyond business impact, Daniel believes Landbase Intelligence and GMT-1 Omni hold incredible potential to reshape cultural attitudes around work and productivity for the better.

The vision he lays out with Landbase calls people and companies to reexamine priorities. "Be able to spend more time in nature, interacting the way we used to, which I think is much better for mental health," urged Daniel.

With AI handling the busywork, Daniel hopes to inspire a movement of people reclaiming time for family, creative pursuits, relaxation, and living life to the fullest.

Landbase aims to pioneer this future-oriented approach to technology helping business with inbound and outbound go-to-market strategy that will help them generate leads that convert. The company's AI solutions point toward a paradigm shift where human energy is unleashed.
